Jen and Ace had an amazing wedding, the weather was perfect, everything tied in to their very unique themed Americana BBQ style wedding event. Jen, designed the invitations and the theme of the wedding and everything was truly perfect, and delicious food made on site by Chuck himself from Chucks BBQ was unbeatable. I started the day with Jen, and my fabulous assistant Christina started the day with Ace, we did preparation and detail shots before heading to the church for the ceremony. From there we headed to one of my favorite south suburb locations, Lake Katherine for family and wedding party photos before cocktail hour began. Lake Katherine is an wonderful place for photos, it is so pretty and well kept. Altho it was hot, the wedding party was so wonderful and didn’t complain at all, we had a blast taking photos before heading to the party. All the detail of the event made the theme a classy, but down to earth wedding. Lots of dancing, and amazing balcony with breathtaking views of the lake….it was a such a great wedding event.
