Emily, Arthur, and I spent a fun Sunday evening shooting their engagement images in downtown Dunedin, FL We also walked around the Marina and took advantage of an exceptional sunset. I am really looking forward to their wedding in St. Augustine next year.

Most weddings are a celebration for a couple starting out their life together. Arlene and Jerry waited a while to make it official so they went all out in celebrating an already successful relationship. Top physicians in their field, both are remarkably down to earth and were a pleasure to be around. Barbara with the Artistry Design Group had jaw dropping reactions to her incredible room and floral design. Thanks to Voila Cinematic who provided video coverage and the incredible Sandpearl resort. Jennifer and Chris secluded a private residence on the Gulf of Mexico for their intimate wedding with their children and closest family and friends. Jennifer had three kids under 5 dressed and ready to go, coordinated all the vendors, and threw on a wedding dress to transform into a stunning bride…all without the slightest hint of stress. Fallyn and David’s event was as much as a thanksgiving as it was a wedding. I have never known a couple more grateful to have found each other and even more thankful to share their special day with all their family and friends. Fallyn’s endurance and positive energy guided the entire day with memories for a lifetime. A wedding photographer at the Sandpearl resort is always spoiled by an amazing staff and stunning location. Alex cried when she saw my wedding images of other people she had never met. Ryan’s best man on such a big day was his father. I don’t have to say much more than that other than two amazing people will usually have an amazing wedding. It was fun to be around their warm friends and family and I really enjoyed editing all the images and re-living the day. Special thanks to the Palma Ceia Country Club who did a fantastic job and also DJ Grant Hemond and Associates who always run a classy event. All the pictures from the wedding can be seen here. As picturesque as a resort wedding on Sanibel Island sounds it was Kaley, Trevor and their friends and family who made the event a wedding to remember. As soon as I started shooting the tone of the day was heartfelt feelings mixed with great humor. That continued on with an entertaining ceremony and fun reception. When you book a wedding for New Year's Eve you always have this feeling that it will be special. Tara and Rich's wedding did not disappoint. It was one wedding that really had everything. A romantic, destination like setting, a fun and very much in love couple, and then a killer New Years Eve party to end it all. Tara's vision of a night time ceremony transformed the Rusty Pelican into a story book setting. I can't thank all my couples enough for choosing me to document their weddings. They were all special and unique but with the commonality of great people. I am convinced if all my couples were in one room they would probably establish amazing friendships. The similarities in intelligence, depth, and sincerity make me feel privileged to have known all of you. To the couples, vendors, and everyone else I worked with this year I will let the song speak for me… you were all wonderful.

Tara, Rich and I had some fun creating engagement pictures at Phillipe Park in Safety Harbor. These two are a lot of fun to be around so I expect this to be one fun wedding later in December.
