Gina and Trevor are very special clients to me. I photographed their wedding 4 years ago, and this summer I was there when they announced to their family that they were expecting! I feel so lucky to be a little part of this huge step in their life, and yesterday I was able to take their maternity photos!
Gina is one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever met. She is just stunning as a mom-to-be!

I’ve had lots of people ask me for advice and tips on using their cameras, so I’ve decided to put together a little photography workshop! This workshop is for anyone who has or will be getting a DSLR and would like to learn the basics of photography- composition, camera functions, lighting, etc. We’ll go over f stop, shutter speed, ISO, the steps for setting your camera, quick tips for shooting in different settings, the differences in lenses- and what they do for your images.
There will be no charge for this workshop

It’s been a very busy Holiday Season for Nicole Ladonne Photography! I’m relieved that the Christmas rush of print orders and editing has subsided, but I am definitely dealing with a little post Christmas sadness- it just goes by so quickly!! I hope you all are feeling as spoiled, warm, and loved as I am ♥
Recently I have had the extreme honor of being published a few times, and I wanted to take a little time to share the excitement with you!
First off, since it went up TODAY, I’ll start with Lindsay and Eddie’s wedding featured on Style Me Pretty!!!! I’m a huge fan of Style Me Pretty, and it is such a ridiculous honor to have my photos featured over there again! Go check it out!!
And, Alex and Travis‘s June wedding has been featured TWICE this month!!
First up, in The Knot, MI. This is my second time in The Knot, and it’s just as thrilling the second time around You can pick up a copy at most magazine stands in Michigan RIGHT NOW!!! I know I’ll be getting a few copies!
